Quiet Sundays test you more than busy ones. The Moon is almost dark, a day from new, and any push you give things may meet soft resistance. Save it. Monday has more give.

Someone close, your partner or the friend you are spending Sunday with, may go quiet today, and you will want the reason now. Wait. Ask in the car on the way home, eyes on the road. Answers come easier side by side. Pushing at a closed door is a sport you usually lose.
Work and money
You may have an application, a quote or a proposal sitting half done since last weekend. Finish it today, every box, and schedule it to send at eight tomorrow morning. Sunday is a poor day to press send and a good day to be finished. Very few people read a Sunday email properly anyway.
Body and mind
Fidgety legs and a still house make a poor pair. Find a skipping rope, or the steep steps at the end of the road, and do ten hard minutes before dark. Short, ugly, effective. You sleep better after a fight, even one with a staircase.
