Pisces takes in more than it can comfortably hold. It picks up the mood of a room, the thing a friend is not saying, the tone under the polite email. That makes it kind, forgiving and unusually good company, and it also means a crowded day leaves it flat for reasons it cannot itemise.
It is the least literal of the twelve, which is where the art and the escape both come from. A Pisces needs a way out that is not avoidance: music, water, a walk, a page. Its lifelong work is the boundary — knowing where it ends and the other person begins, and being allowed to say no without a written justification.
