One quiet hour at the office is plenty, if you had planned two. Do the job that genuinely cannot wait, the payroll check or the single signature, and leave while the car park is still empty. A Saturday spent at work is rarely noticed by anyone except you and the security guard.

Turn every alarm off tonight, including the backup on your phone. Your body has been getting up at the same hour for weeks, and it may have its own opinion about Sunday if you let it speak. Wake when you wake. Breakfast can be at ten.

Sunday evening is when Monday tends to leak into the house, at about six. Give it a container: forty minutes at the table, diary open, the week sorted into must, should and could. Then close the laptop and put it away, out of sight. Anything not done by seven belongs to you on Monday, when you are paid for it.

Tea at four, crumpets with the butter soaking in, and the lamp on early. It sounds small. In a dark month it is a habit worth keeping, and you may unwind further over a plate of crumpets than over any amount of planning.

Capricorn takes responsibility early, often earlier than it should, and builds the way people used to build houses: slowly, and to last. Ruled by Saturn, it respects effort and time, distrusts shortcuts, and quietly notices who did the work. It ages in the right direction, and its forties tend to be better than its twenties.
The cost is that it carries things alone. Capricorn will decide it is the responsible one and then resent a job nobody asked it to take. Underneath the seriousness is a very dry sense of humour, which arrives without warning and is the fastest way into its confidence.
